OLB / Careers
In 2026, OLB moved its entire software organization to agentic, AI-assisted development—engineers directing and reviewing AI-generated code rather than authoring every line. We’re hiring people who want to build and orchestrate those systems.
How we work
OLB’s development model—commonly called agentic coding—has engineers directing and reviewing code generated by large language model tools, with AI agents supporting scaffolding, refactoring, testing, and documentation. The bet: shorter development cycles, lower cost per feature, and faster delivery of merchant-specific solutions.
Working-model description reflects OLB’s Q2 2026 public reporting; the openings below reflect olb.com/job-openings as of August 2026. Benefits and hiring-process details still require confirmation before publication. Street photo: “W 46th St 6th Av” via Wikimedia Commons, CC BY-SA 4.0.
