2004
Incorporated in Delaware on November 18, 2004, merging with OLB.com, Inc., a New York corporation formed in 1993.
2018
The April 2018 eVance asset acquisition brings payment processing in-house; OmniSoft and CrowdPay become wholly owned subsidiaries that May.
2020
The POSaBIT asset acquisition adds the DoubleBeam merchant payment and point-of-sale platform.
2023
OLB acquires Cuentas SDI—renamed Moola Cloud in 2024—adding a network of approximately 31,600 bodega and convenience locations.
2026
iStores.com AI launches, a PayPal partnership expands SecurePay, and the entire software organization moves to agentic, AI-assisted development—while a spin-off of the DMINT Bitcoin-mining subsidiary is underway.
