1996

Into eCommerce

After serving brands like AT&T, Merrill Lynch, and Scholastic, OLB enters eCommerce through a partnership with Playboy Enterprises, building Critics’ Choice Video and Collectors’ Choice Music.

2004

The OLB Group is formed

Incorporated in Delaware on November 18, 2004, merging with OLB.com, Inc., a New York corporation formed in 1993.

2018

Payments at the core

The April 2018 eVance asset acquisition brings payment processing in-house; OmniSoft and CrowdPay become wholly owned subsidiaries that May.

2020

Point of sale

The POSaBIT asset acquisition adds the DoubleBeam merchant payment and point-of-sale platform.

2023

The bodega network

OLB acquires Cuentas SDI—renamed Moola Cloud in 2024—adding a network of approximately 31,600 bodega and convenience locations.

2026

The AI chapter

iStores.com AI launches, a PayPal partnership expands SecurePay, and the entire software organization moves to agentic, AI-assisted development—while a spin-off of the DMINT Bitcoin-mining subsidiary is underway.
